By using our services, you confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have proper authorisation to book an HSRP on behalf of the owner.
You are responsible for providing accurate details including vehicle number, chassis number, engine number, and contact information. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect details submitted by the user.
All payments must be made via UPI or other accepted methods shown on the payment page. You must upload proof of payment for verification.
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
We strive to process bookings within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. However, timelines may vary depending on external authorised HSRP providers and regional factors.
We assist in booking HSRP but are not responsible for delays, rejections, or decisions made by authorised vendors or government authorities.
